Hello all! Here’s a note about our opening times for Chinese New Year. These five restaurants are BUSINESS AS USUAL:
All other Annie’s restaurants will be closed from February 7th to February 16th, and reopen on February 17th. All that remains is for us to wish you a very happy and prosperous Year of the Snake!

这一年又要在风雪中与我们说再见了！
看着窗外飞舞的雪花，脑海中回望着三月获奖的春意；五月花季农展馆店那浪漫玻璃房的离去；奔驰店开业时三十分钟排队等位的开门红；也展现着七月雨季很是专业主厨房的建成使用、大库房的一条龙服务以及三里屯店的改造扩充；更有十月丰收季节烘醅房烤出的新鲜面包那淳香味道……而在这背后是一群朝气蓬勃的年轻身影……
在北京这个快速发展的国际大都市里，人人都在追求、都在发展。惯于把目标定的过高，忽略细节的精致和基础的夯实，是现在不少年轻人容易出现的毛病，其结果只能遥望那美丽的远方而叹息。但安妮的年轻人却不同，他们有着非常清楚的目标和方向， 敢于面对困难，接受挑战 。 把困难当作成长自己的契机，把工作当做成就自己的舞台，一步一步坚实前行——去年我们拿了服务第二名，今年前厅的目标就是拿第一；去年我们的匹萨仍然没有被选为最佳，今年最佳匹萨就是厨房的目标。公司的梦想就是——在北京我们是首选！这一年中，五百多名员工从细节做起，逐步完善着每一个细节，以确保每一道菜都是合格的，每一位客人都是满意的。
目标，已经成为每一安妮人的工作动力。让自己在工作上闪闪发光已经是年轻人的最大追求。是啊！年轻人的历练，哪一次不是风雨过后才能见到彩虹？！哪一步的成长不是时间的沉淀、反思和感悟的结果？！
一个人能力的提升从来都没有坦途，只有一步一个脚印的前行。一个餐厅想被越来越多的客人认可，同样没有捷径，需要一点一滴的积累。让客人感受到我们在用心，感受到我们的努力，感受到我们像家人、我们像朋友！而在这个过程中，体现出的是安妮的年轻人象兄弟姐妹般的互助、鼓励和相互信任！安妮，就像大家庭，它洋溢着太多的美、太多的善；它用质朴、用真情谱写着一曲曲真诚、动听的歌。
雪花还在天空飞舞着，我深深呼吸并感受着它送来的清新和纯洁。我不禁在想，安妮人在未来的日子里，能给客人带来此时此刻我感受到的大自然的清新吗？
相信在这满天飞舞的雪花过后，我们会沐浴出春季里的第一缕春风……

St Paul American School of Beijing packs out Annie’s for a pizza party
Annie’s was proud to host the entire student body of Beijing’s St Paul American School at two of our restaurants on Monday evening. As a treat after a long day of team-building, 300 students aged 14 to 18 descended on Annie’s for pizza, pasta, tiramisu and good times.
“Our kids split up into small groups for different volunteer activities all week. Some went out to Sun Village Orphanage today and had a really moving experience; others took part in a scavenger hunt in Gulou,” said English Teacher Dave Krieger from the US.
“We did a survey last week of where we would go to eat and Annie’s got the vote. The food is wonderful, the pizza-serving is huge, it’s ridiculous!. The kids love it.”
